- Insurance panels change from time to time. If you don't see your insurance plan listed, please contact us, as we may be adding new plans soon.
Fees

Out-of-Network Insurance
If your insurance plan isn't listed above, we're happy to provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance provider for possible out- of-network reimbursement. Many PPO plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network providers. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm your out-of-network benefits before your first session.
